Virtaa Manor briefly in English
Virtaa Manor was built in the late 1790s and is part of the valuable cultural landscape in Sysmä. It is located by the river Tainionvirta. The partly two-storey Virtaa Manor is known for its amazing ceiling paintings. At the moment it is owned by the fifth generation of the same family.
Today, Virtaa manor is a farm, but in addition the manor provides a memorable venue for meetings and family occasions. Traditional riverside sauna is a unique space for sauna evenings.
Virtaa Manor receives guests and travellers for guided tours on request, but only in groups of a minimum of 25 persons (for further information: https://www.sysma.fi/tourist-information).
Manor is located within two hours’ drive from Helsinki.

Two spacious bedrooms and kitchen-living room, fireplace, shower room, sauna, porch, patio. Hot tub available. Swimming area is just down the birch lane, about 100 meters from the house.
Well-equipped small log cabin by the river. Virtavilla was built in 2015 and offers accommodation for 6 persons.
