The manor's party facilities

The space rental includes a tour of the space, arrangement of the tables according to the customer's wishes, use of the space at the agreed time, final cleaning by the manor, and flagging if the customer so wishes. Flowers and other decorations and catering for the occasion are not included in the space rent. When leaving, the customer takes with him the supplies that he has brought to the premises.
The customer is obliged to protect the rented premises and furniture from damage. The customer is responsible for all damages caused by party guests, equipment or performers to the property and movable property of the rental premises. The customer is responsible for the equipment or movable property they bring to the location. The customer does not have the right to make changes to the premises he has reserved, attach temporary signs, structures or other things without agreeing this with Virtaa Manor. Unfortunately, animals are not welcome in the Manor's banquet facilities.
If the subscriber cancels his space reservation, Virtaa Manor has the right to charge cancellation costs of 50% of the space rent, if there are 5–14 days to the event and the space cannot be rented any further. If the event is canceled at the last minute, i.e. less than 5 days before the event, Virtaa Manor has the right to charge the agreed space rent in full. If it is a force majeure or other compelling reason, the service provider can cancel the reservation. The customer has the right to get the amount he paid back in full. The service provider's liability is limited to returning the amount paid.

Group accommodation
Group accommodations are implemented on an order basis. In group accommodation, the customer, i.e. the person responsible for the group, compiles the accommodation list with room allocations and delivers the list to the Virtaa Manor no later than 14 days before the accommodation. Group accommodation includes accommodation with bed linen and breakfast at the agreed time for the group (serving time is 2 hours, which the customer agrees with Kartano between 8 and 11:30 am). Any special diets must be announced in advance, no later than a week before the event.

Unfortunately, animals are not welcome inside the manor and accommodation cabins due to allergies.

Group accommodation is charged according to the confirmed number of people or if it exceeds the stated number, depending on the actual number. The invoicing method is agreed with the customer. The person in charge of the group, i.e. the person ordering the accommodation, is responsible for any unpaid accommodation invoices and other obligations. The person ordering group accommodation can cancel their reservation or parts of it no later than two weeks before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made later than this and the accommodation cannot be rented to another customer, Virtaa Manor has the right to invoice the customer. If the subscriber cancels the group accommodation or parts of it, Virtaa Manor has the right to charge 50% of the cancellation costs if there are 0-10 days before the group accommodation. If it is a force majeure or other compelling reason, the service provider can cancel the reservation. The customer has the right to get the amount he paid back in full. The service provider's liability is limited to returning the amount paid.

Meeting packages
The meeting package includes the use of the premises at the agreed time, furniture and basic meeting equipment (screen, data projector, flipchart). Meals and accommodation are organized according to the agreement.
Meeting packages are charged according to the confirmed number of people a week before, or when it exceeds the announced number, according the actual number of people. If the subscriber cancels the meeting package, Virtaa Manor has the right to charge cancellation costs of 50% of the order if there are 5–10 days before the pre-booked meeting. If the event is canceled at the last minute, i.e. less than 5 days before the event, Virtaa Manor has the right to charge the agreed meeting package price in full.
