Events, meetings & manor tours
​Virtaa Manor offers a festive and atmospheric setting for family celebrations, meetings and other daytime events. The event facilities (max. 80 people in summer, max. 60 people in winter) are located at the other end of the manor, decorated with antique furniture from the end of the 18th century and has its own entrance.
Virtaa Manor offers a memorable and elegant setting for even more prestigious celebratory dinners.

Events and meeting facilities
The Virtaa Manor facilities consist of a celebration and dining room, a salon and an atmospheric glass veranda and an outdoor terrace. The wonderful 5-meter buffet table in our dining room is a spectacular base for setting delicacies. We always organize events in cooperation with a professional catering service. There is no performance stage or dance floor in the premises.
In the renovation completed in 2012, we renewed e.g. the manor's kitchen to better serve catering use. In the years 2015–2023 we restored the surfaces of the party facilities while respecting the old.
Our meeting guests have access to basic meeting equipment; screen, data projector, flipchart and wireless internet connection.

Väentupa and Beach sauna are also popular places to hang out and gather. The manor's Beach sauna by Virtaankoski is a nice place to spend the evening, with a stunning river view from the window of the fireplace room. Work, friends, and hobby groups alike enjoy an atmospheric sauna evening there. The manor's Väentupa serves as a perfect venue for small Christmas parties and other more casual evening parties. Its fireplace room has a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, an indoor toilet, and indoor sauna facilities. In front of the hut there is a bath tub that can be heated on request. ​

Manor tours
​
Manor tours are organized for groups by advance order. Virtaa Manor accepts order groups.
In addition to the introductory tour, coffees are arranged for the group upon request. At Virtaa Manor, a group of visitors can also enjoy a delicious buffet lunch upon request. We are happy to provide more information.
The minimum group size is 25 people.
There are numerous interesting excursion destinations in Sysmä and its surrounding areas, from which you can customize an excursion program suitable for each group. The rustle of history...
"Weddings, christenings and funerals were organized at Virtaa manor.
In 1887, the expansion works of the manor carried out by Magnus Tandefelt were completed. The construction work was almost finished by August, when the manor owner's daughter Aina was married in the manor's renovated ballroom
to Karl Wilskman, the owner of Vanha-Olkkola manor."
